Don Campbell, the owner of Sherwood Forest Tree Service, has an extensive background in trees, climbing, and rigging. His journey began with specialized training in rope systems, hauling, and anchoring techniques during his time as an instructor in the U.S. Army Ranger School.

After retiring from the military in 2013, Don joined the Bureau of Land Management in Oregon as a wildland firefighter, where he expanded his knowledge of specialized equipment, tree species, risk assessment and the science behind tree care.

In 2016, Don returned to Athens, Georgia and began serving others by helping friends, family, and church members with tree services while exploring career options. During this time, he was inspired by the Lord to establish his own tree service business.
